Fresh from their hit single Standing Strong, fast rising Indigenous Australian hip hop artists Yung Warriors (aka Tjimba and D Boy) will hit the road for the Hip Hop Corroboree national tour in November.
Having already graced the stage with the likes of 50 Cent, Akon and Game, they will be headlining shows in all major capitals and regional centres in Australia. For the tour they will be joined by special guests (selected by region) such as Street Warriors, Jimblah, Chrissy J and Jimmy Mac.
Placing an emphasis on conscious and cultural themes, Yung Warriors were recently recognised at the 2012 Deadly Awards, held at the Sydney Opera House, earning the award for Hip Hop Artist of the Year. With over 30,000+ downloads for Standing Strong and high rotation on Triple J, the duo are ready to release new single Pray for Better Days, featuring Diafrix, and the Standing Strong album.
