New to the game but old to its ways, 22-year-old Melbourne lyricist Remi ‘REMi‘ Kolawole exudes a unique style, rhythmic flow and an honest delivery.
REMi has just announced a brand new free mixtape – FYG :: ACT 1 – (which stands for F*** Your Genre) and the announcement of his first national run – the FREE SANGRIA TOUR – taking in an array of capital cities this coming July.
Sangria, and it’s accompanying video in all its laid back Melbourne summer glory, was an instant reminder of that season just passed, but most importantly, a re-introduction to the exceptionally talented and infinitely likeable sounds of one of the brightest new voices in Australian rap.
