Proceeds From Chris Brown’s ‘Royalty’ Album Going To Charity

Chris Brown recently announced that a portion of the sale proceeds of his new album will go to children’s charities.

The singer took to Instagram to make the announcement, saying that a dollar from his Royalty album sold from current pre-orders, through Christmas Day, will be given to Children’s Miracle Network and Best Buddies.

“The holidays are all about giving back,” Brown stated.

Children’s Miracle Network has raised more than $5 billion for local children’s hospitals since its inception in 1983. And, Best Buddies is a non-profit that seeks to provide mentorship to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Royalty is due out Dec. 18.
