Forbes recently unveiled its annual ’30 under 30′ lists, which names 30 influential and talented people under the age of 30 making a big splash in several areas from music to sports.
The music list features a collection of rising artists, producers and other personalities including Big Sean, DJ Mustard, Iggy Azalea, Mike WiLL Made-It, Azealia Banks and A$AP Rocky, among others. Australia’s 5 Seconds of Summer were mentioned along side heavyweights Ed Sheeran and Afrojack.
Banks was considered a ‘Hip-Hop Cash Princess‘ back in 2014, reporting that she pulled in over $1 million in revenue before management and lawyer fees, mostly through live shows. This all came before the release of her debut album, Broke With Expensive Taste, which has since been released and has been critically acclaimed.
