As we look toward a new year and hopefully a new year of quality music, we can now have a gander at Billboard’s best of 2013. The year contained a beautifully diverse array of full-length statements. After many, many repeated listens, the Billboard staff voted for their favorites in our annual Critics’ Picks list.
