Outkast fans should be very excited about 2014 with several milestones and releases set to make waves. One bit of tasty goss is that Big Boi will continue to work on solo projects.

The rapper recently told Revolt TV that he’s working on various projects this year, including music with Killer Mike and a new solo project.

“Anything can happen,” Big Boi said when asked about Mike. “We’ve got a couple new jams we recorded in the studio recently, so look out for that new Big Boi solo record coming too. So, you know, we’re just staying working, man.”

While he didn’t discuss further details, he says it will have a “surprise” album title.

Over the last few years, Big Boi has worked as a solo artist, releasing 2010’s Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty and 2012’s Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors.

Fans should also be excited about an Outkast reunion. In celebration of their 20-year anniversary, the duo will perform at more than 40 festival dates, including Coachella and The Governors Ball.
