Bastketball greats have long been shouted out in rap form, however it’s usually reserved for players rather than coaches. That is until now.
The Israeli hip hop duo of Arik Henig and X Beautiful has chosen to dedicate a track to San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich. The track basically comes off like the musical equivalent of a Wikipedia page, with the rappers listing his career achievements, complete with auto-tune.
The highlight however for many is the elderly gentleman in the clip, wearing an Oxford University t-shirt, whose apparently goes by the name Omout.
With the Spurs currently sitting at second place in the Western Conference standings, Henig and Beautiful are hoping their boys can make it to the finals.
