# Can I Kick It? | Reebok Shaqnosis

**Reebok Classic** is crushing the sneaker game with its highly anticipated Retro drops.

Be prepared to be hypnotised once again as next month the brand will be taking us back to 1995 with the return of the classic **Shaqnosis**. Following the success of the Shaq Attaq, the Shaqnosis will be the next re-launch with limited pairs being made available this July.

The shoe was designed for the larger-than-life player **Shaquille O’Neal**, both on and off the court. At the time, Reebok knew that the Shaqnosis was a love-it or hate-it model, and the brand fully embraced the controversy the shoe gave off.

Originally released in 1995, the Reebok Classic Shaqnosis was inspired by Shaq’s polarizing presence on the court – you couldn’t miss him. The Black and White circular design was meant to ‘hypnotize’ players on the court.

Also, they’re greatly known for being worn by – the man – **Will Smith** in *Men in Black*.

With the charismatic design, the Shaqnosis was the perfect fit for O’neal’s larger-than-life persona on and off the court, and like all of Reebok’s 2012 and 2013 re-issues, these are bound to be another hit.
