# Can I Kick It? | Nike Weatherman Pack

**Upcoming release:** Nike Weatherman Pack Prepare yourself for a hailstorm as Foams and Ones in the Nike Weatherman Pack have an official release date. 

It turns out that the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Thermpal Map’ is a pair tied closely to the likes of the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Weatherman’. The latter two pairs will launch on August 30th, with the red in the group not hitting retailers until September 28th. Generally we’d expect a batch of official images like this to provide a bit more clarification as far as the reasoning behind the theme but such isn’t really the case-although they do mention that designs “took basketball by storm” upon their debut.

  Nike said: *“Since debuting in 1982 and 1997, respectively, the Nike Air Force 1 and Air Foamposite One have turned heads on the hardwood and the asphalt. The cutting-edge cushioning of the Air Force 1 shoe, and the revolutionary upper Air Foamposite One both took basketball by storm, forever changing the way basketball footwear is designed and experienced.”*  The Nike Weatherman Pack features design cues describing inclement weather patterns alongside graphic doppler depictions. The foamposite comes in two colorways including white/red and white/blue. The Air Force One takes on a white/blue scheme with an ice blue midsole beneath. Make sure you pack your umbrella, because the rain aint settling soon.
