# Can I Kick It? | Air Jordan IV – Green Glow

**Upcoming release:** Air Jordan IV – Green Glow

The new colourway on the classic silhouette has a glow-in-the-dark look but does not glow-in-the-dark. Slightly misleading but it is the official colour of the up and coming August release.

The **Green Glow** looks to be one of those Js that will forever be compared to the earlier sample version. Being twerked a little before hitting retail, there are those that will love the sample. The style you can expect to see in stores utilizes a two-toned grey upper rather than the more uniform tonal-grey that fell on the earlier samples.

We’ve seen little switches like this go down countless times before, whether it be thanks to a factory blunder (the Air Jordan IX “Black Bottom”) or just a last minute alteration (the Air Jordan XI Low).

The grey suede two-toned upper of the shoe is accented by Green Glow on the eyelets, outsole, and branding. Black is seen on the back heel, streaming along the midsole border, and on the inner of the shoe. The white midsole ties all the colors together and create a solid balance to the lux colourway
